Alicia has a degree in architecture and design and an extensive background within the industry. She has been in real estate in one capacity or another for the last 8 years. Alicia started right out of college redesigning kitchens and bathrooms as a Showroom Manager with an Italian tile company. Soon after she made her way into the new home construction market as a Market Manager for Drees homes helping clients build and design new homes in the greater Indianapolis areas, specifically the Avon community. She then sold builder warranties as a Business Development Manager for IN, OH, IL and MI. Her unique background in the industry helps in numerous ways. Her insights in staging as well as her valuable contacts set her apart.

Mitchel is a born-and-raised native of Indiana. Growing up on Indy’s west side, Mitchel graduated from Avon High School. His mother and grandfather both worked in new home construction, which gave him his first glimpse of real estate. Having a background in sales and being around the real estate industry for many years, Mitchel decided to make the career change and obtained his Indiana real estate brokers license. In his spare time, Mitchel loves cooking on his BBQ smoker, being silly with his 2 daughters, and cheering on the Colts...#FORTHESHOE!
